How to distinguish between polyester FDY and DTY?

1. DTY is a stretch deformed wire, which is a finished wire after continuous or simultaneous stretch and deformation processing on a machine. FDY is a fully drawn wire. It can adopt low-speed spinning and high-speed stretching and winding. The two processes are completed on one spinning and stretching combined machine. The production cost of this production line is low, and the quality of finished products is stable. There are few broken ends of wool and the dyeing uniformity is good.
2. DTY fiber is curly and FDY fiber is straight.
3. DTY is a textured yarn belonging to POY. FDY and DTY are produced by process differences in production, and different processes correspond to fabrics with different needs.
Pull it by hand. Generally, POY can be pulled longer, while FDY can be pulled less. Because POY is a pre oriented wire, it is not fully stretched, and the remaining elongation should be more than 50%; FDY is a fully oriented filament, and the residual elongation is generally 40%, which is relatively stable.
