It is a fiber-forming polymer polyethylene terephthalate (PET), which is made from purified terephthalic acid (PTA) or dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) and ethylene glycol (eg) as raw materials through esterification, transesterification and polycondensation. Varieties of polyester filaments: 1. Textured filament: conventional textured filament (Dy) Stretch textured wire (DTY), air textured wire (ATY).
2、 POY is pre oriented silk, a polyester textile material. It is the yarn directly extracted from polyester chips (made from petroleum extracts) by melt spinning in the spinning equipment.
POY：Preoriented yarn /partially oriented yarn 。
When the speed of high-speed spinning is 3000-3600m / min, pre oriented filaments can be prepared. At high winding speed, the fiber has a certain degree of orientation and a stable structure.
FDY is a yarn made of POY yarn through traction, so it is called polyester traction filament.
FDY: fully drawn yarn. It is now widely circulated as the code name of the one-step process of spinning and stretching. It can adopt low-speed spinning and high-speed stretching and winding. The two processes are completed on one spinning and stretching combined machine. The production cost of this production line is low, and the quality of finished products is stable. There are few broken ends of wool and the dyeing uniformity is good. Water washed cashmere is interwoven with POY silk and FDY silk.
DTY: draw texturing yarn. Commonly known as polyester low elasticity yarn, it is the finished yarn after continuous or simultaneous stretching and deformation processing on a machine.
DTY fiber is curly, POY and FDY fiber are straight, while FDY has a better strength, while POY has a worse strength.
3、 The so-called texturing is the production process in which polyester pre oriented yarn (POY for short) produced by chemical fiber spinneret enterprises is heated and shaped into polyester elastic yarn (DTY for short) by the texturing vehicle to become textile raw materials. The town's chemical fiber loading industry started in the 1980s and flourished in the 1990s. At present, Huangjing town has more than 1000 large and small refueling enterprises and nearly 2000 refueling equipment. Almost all the refueling equipment in the world can be found in Huangjing, which is called "refueling equipment Expo" by experts. This year, the output of polyester textured yarn in this town can reach 1 million tons, accounting for about 20% of the domestic textured yarn output and 10% of the world's output. It has become the "first town of chemical fiber texturing in China" renowned at home and abroad. So far, Huangjing town has mainly processed chemical fiber and textured silk, initially forming an industrial chain upstream and downstream of chemical fiber and textured silk, and gradually extending and expanding to both ends. At present, more than half of the town's 50000 resident population are directly engaged in the chemical fiber processing industry or benefit from the related service industry. It is estimated that the output value of the chemical fiber processing industry in the town will exceed 10 billion yuan this year.
4、 The texturing machine plays the role of stretching and deformation. The product is DTY, also known as elastic yarn. According to the different raw materials, there are nylon DTY, polyester DTY and polypropylene DTY. According to the needs of downstream looms and textile styles, there are also low shot, low shot and network The textile industry has too many uses, and the factories that need these are mainly Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Fujian and Shandong. 5. Network silk: Network silk refers to filaments that are entangled with each other by the jet of air flow in the network nozzle and form periodic network points. Network processing is mostly used for the processing of POY, FDY and DTY. The low elasticity network wire produced by the combination of network technology and DTY technology not only has the fluffy and good elasticity of textured wire, but also has many periodicity and network points, which improves the compactness of filaments, saves several processes in textile processing, and improves the ability of yarn bundles to pass through water jet looms. Both DTY and FDY are filament. Network wire generally refers to DTY network wire. That is, the wire with network points in DTY. There are heavy net, medium net, light net and micro net without net.
FDY: in fact, there are also network points, very few, about 7-10 per 1m. But the network wire we usually say refers to DTY.
